PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection device with a sensor therein, which connects or disconnects with an electromagnet by exciting the electromagnet in the attracting or repulsing direction by means of detection output of the sensor. SOLUTION: Electrical connection is carried out by a first connection body and a second connection body in the connection device. The first connection body includes a first connection terminal exposed on the surface of the first connection body, a control circuit for controlling connection with or separation from the second connection body, and the electromagnet switchably excited in the attracting or repulsing direction by output of the control circuit. The second connection body includes a second connection terminal exposed on the surface of the second connection body so as to be connected to the first connection terminal, and a magnet attracted or repulsed by the electromagnet.
