PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic turbine blade for micro water power generation with the minimum influence on the natural environment, using kinetic energy of flowing water with very little drop, capable of reducing the number of blades compared with that of a conventional hydraulic turbine on which blades are orthogonally installed, and suppressing irregular rotation and pulsation for performing smooth/efficient rotation (power generation). SOLUTION: The present invention reduces pulsation to the rotational direction to slowly flowing water and can produce the hydraulic turbine blade with stable rotation. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
