PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a throttle control device for a diesel engine with a supercharger capable of correcting atmospheric pressure of a throttle opening more suitably while inhibiting a controlling structure from being complicated. SOLUTION: An electronic control unit 24 calculates a correction value of the atmospheric pressure of the throttle opening based on the atmospheric pressure detected by an atmospheric pressure sensor 14, and carries out correction of the throttle opening according to the calculated atmospheric pressure correction value. However, such correction of the throttle opening in accordance with the correction value is carried out only when a degree of deviation of an actual supercharging pressure from a target supercharging pressure is larger than a prescribed value, and is prohibited when the degree is smaller than the prescribed value.
