PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bar arrangement structure of a concrete beam and a method for its execution superior in reducing an amount of reinforcement bars used and simplifying the bar arrangement while enabling shortening a period for delivery, quality stabilization and reduction in cost by unifying the lengths without causing problems of a structure regulation concerning a position of reinforcing bar joint, strength and reliability. SOLUTION: The invention is applied in a reinforced concrete beam 3 or a steel frame reinforced concrete beam provided along a bearing wall. An upper edge reinforcement 12 and a lower edge reinforcement 13 are composed of a pair of reinforcing bars A<SB>1</SB>, A<SB>2</SB>with expanded diameter heads arranged at the both edges of the beam and an intermediate reinforcing bar B. The reinforcing bar with the expanded diameter head A<SB>1</SB>, A<SB>2</SB>has an expanded diameter head Aa at one end while the expanded diameter head Aa is embedded into the concrete of a reinforced concrete column 2. The reinforcing bar with the expanded diameter head A<SB>1</SB>, A<SB>2</SB>is prepared as a standardized product having a unified length by the reinforcing-bar manufacturer.
