PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air injection device to sandy ground and a sandy ground liquefaction preventing engineering method, preventing clogging of an air injection hole to take stable liquefaction preventing measure in injecting the air through an air injection pipe intruded into the sandy ground saturated with water to prevent liquefaction. SOLUTION: In intruding the air injection pipe 2 into the sandy ground saturated with water, water W supplied from a water tank 9 is naturally delivered through the air injection pipe 2 and discharged from the air injection hole 4, and also water in the sandy ground is caused to flow into a void part 7a constituting a muddy water storing part 7 of a tip member 6 connected to the tip of the air injection pipe 2 through a communicating hole 7b, whereby excessive pore water pressure generated by intruding the pipe is dissipated to avoid fine grains and foreign matter in the sandy ground from entering the air injection hole 4.
