PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a propylene-based resin composition with improved balance of rigidity and impact resistance and especially with dramatically improved impact resistance. SOLUTION: The resin composition comprises 50.0-99.9 wt.% of propylene-ethylene copolymer Z, 0.1-50.0 wt.% of propylene-ethylene copolymer M. The component Z is obtained by, using a Ziegler-Natta catalyst, sequentially producing the crystalline propylene polymer and propylene-ethylene random copolymer by multi-stage polymerization. The component M is obtained by sequentially producing the crystalline propylene polymer and propylene-ethylene random copolymer by multi-stage polymerization. The resin composition comprises a crystalline component A and an amorphous component B, including a copolymer wherein the crystalline propylene polymer component and the propylene-ethylene random copolymer component are chemically bonded.
