PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a molding where an air trap does not remain in the molding by preventing the occurrence of the air trap formed between molding faces and molding materials. SOLUTION: When the molding is obtained by arranging the molding materials between a pair of an upper die 12 and a lower die 14, heating, softening and pressing, the molding materials are a first spherical material 20 having a smaller radius of curvature r<SB>g</SB>than a radius of curvature r<SB>d</SB>of the lower die 14 and a second material 22 other than the first material and the first material 20 and the second material 22 are molded by a pair of the upper die 12 and the lower die 14.
