PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more properly cool a heat generation part of a car top control device by natural cooling. SOLUTION: The car top control device 80 comprises: an inverter 55 driving a door motor 24 for opening/closing a door of a car 15 and generating a variable voltage and a variable frequency; and a heat dissipation fin 57 for dissipating heats generated from the inverter 55. The inverter 55 and the heat dissipation fin 57 are built in the car top control device 80 and the device is installed on the car 15. The device also comprises an air channel 80a for taking an airflow from an air intake 87a provided on one side end of the car 15 for cooling the heat dissipation fin 57 and discharging the airflow from an exhaust port 89a provided on the other side end of the car 15, and a guide part for taking the airflow generated at least either when the car 15 goes up or down in the air intake 87a.
