PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double reversal type power device enhancing efficiency and achieving simplification, miniaturization and light weight in configuration. SOLUTION: The double reversal type power device 1 is provided with a rotation machine 10 configured such that energy is inputted to first and second rotors 13, 15 through a magnetic circuit formed owing to generation of a rotation magnetic field, and then the rotation magnetic field, the second rotor 15 and the first rotor 13 are rotated so as to retain a predetermined common line relationship of a rotation speed between them; a first rotation body 21 connected to the first rotor 13 and configured such that first load torque TL1 for preventing the first rotor 13 from being rotated in a reverse direction to a rotation direction of the rotation magnetic field is applied to the first rotor 13; and a second rotation body 22 connected to the second rotor 15 and configured such that second load torque TL2 for preventing the second rotor 15 from being rotated in the same direction as the rotation direction of the rotation magnetic field is applied to the second rotor 15.
