PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain a highly accurate positioning, and also, to prevent nozzle degradation caused by resin residues and resin burrs by press-machining positioning pinholes and liquid supply holes in a vibration plate composed of a resin layer and a metal layer. SOLUTION: The positioning pinholes 34 are press-formed in the vibration plate 12 composed of the metal layer 31 and the resin layer 32 for a liquid droplet ejection head 1 from the direction of the metal layer 31, and the liquid supply holes 35 are press-formed from the direction of the resin layer 32, then, the positioning accuracy related to a nozzle plate 13 and a flow path plate 11 is enhanced, and also, the resin residues and the resin burrs as abnormal matter are prevented from entering a pressure liquid chamber through the liquid supply holes, then, nozzle-clogging is prevented, consequently, the liquid droplets are stably ejected.
