Adaptable preform (5), for placing in the buccal cavity of a patient to correct problems with posture of the tongue or jaw such as the lower jaw, comprising an envelope (6), having a semi-elliptical or essentially semi-elliptical hollow shape open to the lower and posterior faces thereof and an external lip (6e) arranged on the external face of the envelope in the medial or lower part thereof, characterised in that said adaptable preform is designed to be arranged in the inter-maxiliary buccal cavity of the patient and that said lip comes into contact with the inner part of the jaw. |
