<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve bus access efficiency by suppressing increase of a circuit scale of a router. <P>SOLUTION: The router (104) relaying a request and a response of transfer between a master component (102) and a slave component (103) is provided with a plurality of request control circuits (304) each determining the slave component for transferring the request from the master component, and each arbitrating contention of the requests to one slave component, and adopts a slave component allocation control circuit (305) for variably distributing the plurality of slave components connected to the plurality of request control circuits to the plurality of request control circuits.
