<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a layered product which comprises a foamed layer made of foam, that has an expansion ratio as high as 2 or above, is lightweight and is clearly colored in an even tint, spotty-pattern tints, etc., and a transparent resin layer disposed on at least one side of the foamed layer, which is free from distortion and has excellent smoothness and in which a spotty-pattern that the foamed layer bears is clearly recognized through the resin layer and hence which has an excellent appearance and to provide a process for producing the layered product. <P>SOLUTION: The layered product comprises a first layer (foamed layer) 11 and a second layer (resin layer) 12. The first layer (foamed layer) 11 is made of the foam which is formed from a composition comprising a thermoplastic resin containing 5 to 100 mass% of a styrene resin, a colorant and a foaming agent containing a compound of -10 to 55°C boiling point and in which content of the colorant is 0.01 to 15 parts mass and content of the foaming agent is 0.1 to 5 parts mass respectively toward 100 parts mass of the thermoplastic resin. The second layer (resin layer) 12 is disposed on at least one side of the first layer 11, has total light transmittance of 50% or more when a test piece of 2.5 mm thickness is measured in accordance with ASTM D1003 and is made of a thermoplastic resin composition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
