PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simulator having both functions of a physical simulator and a computer simulator for enabling strict simulation of the whole mental system by using the computer simulator capable of strictly simulating operation of a processor on a target on a host and connecting it to the physical simulator. SOLUTION: The simulator includes: the physical simulator 1; the computer simulator 2; a communication means C1 for transmitting and receiving information between the physical simulator 1 and the computer simulator 2; and an inside time synchronization means 3 for synchronizing the inside time of the physical simulator 1 and the computer simulator 2 by being connected to the physical simulator 1 and the computer simulator 2.
