PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly release the pressure of a chamber in case of an abnormal pressure. SOLUTION: An emergency pressure-regulation valve 30b is interposed in a slurry drainage canal 32 with one end communicating with the chamber and the opened another, is opened in case of the abnormal pressure suddenly increasing the pressure in the chamber and discharges slurry in the chamber while being closed when the abnormal pressure disappears and is returned to a normal one and closes the slurry drainage canal 32. The pressure-regulation valve 30b has a rockable and movable gate 46 opening and closing the slurry drainage canal and a driving section 48. The driving section 48 has a sphere 48a directly receiving the pressure in the chamber and being vertically moved. The sphere 48a closes the gate 46 in case of the normal pressure, closes the slurry drainage canal while vertically rocking and moving the gate 46 in case of the abnormal pressure and opens the slurry drainage canal.
