PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration-damping material exhibiting shape stability required for the vibration-damping material, exhibiting high damping capacity to a region where amplitude distortion is large, capable of exhibiting the damping capacity even in a region where the amplitude distortion is small, and capable of restraining minute vibration. SOLUTION: The composite vibration-damping material comprising at least two vibration-damping alloy plate members and an organic polymer based vibration damping layer arranged between the vibration-damping alloy plate members is characterized in that the vibration-damping alloy plate member includes a twinned damping alloy, and the organic polymer based vibration damping layer includes an organic polymer matrix material, and at least one kind of a damping agent included in the organic polymer matrix material.
