PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a query extraction method, a query extraction device and a query extraction program for extracting information of the corresponding relation of a site corresponding to a navigation query with sufficient precision. SOLUTION: This query extraction method includes: a process for summing up click logs showing the history of each selection to a plurality of sites from a retrieval list to the query by each query; a process for calculating a first distribution value based on the click frequency of each site corresponding to each query on the basis of the clock log; and a process for extracting the query whose calculated first distribution value is equal to or more than a prescribed value and site information whose click frequency in the retrieval list for the query is the highest.
