PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an assembling-manufacturing line for forming a display panel compact, to improve the throughput, and to increase the manufacturing efficiency. SOLUTION: Connection stages at four places and direction changing sections at three places among them are provided along a pitch feeding means 60 so as to connect electronic circuit components 2 to a panel substrate 1, which is pitch-fed at a pitch equal to an interval P1 or P2 between successive electrode groups 4 and 4. Each connection stage is provided with an electrode cleaning means 22 of cleaning electrode groups 4 of the panel substrate 1, an ACF sticking means 23 of sticking an ACF 5, and an electronic component connecting means 24 of connecting electronic circuit components 2. Those operation means are operative to perform operations in parallel simultaneously or with a slight time difference, and at each of the direction changing sections, a side of the panel substrate 1 where electronic circuit components 2 are connected is directed to a connecting operation unit 20.
