PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain structural stability while increasing the degree of freedom of planning. SOLUTION: An inverted trapezoid-shaped unit 30 is equipped with a ceiling beam 32 and a floor beam 33, which are arranged in upper and lower positions, and a column body 40 for connecting the ceiling beam 32 and the floor beam 33 together. The floor beam 33 is composed of a long side portion 33a of the floor beam, and a short side portion 33b of the floor beam. At least one end of the long side portion 33a is set in the intermediate position of the long side portion 32a of the ceiling beam in the direction of the elongation of the long side portion 32a, provided in the same between-columns section as a between-columns section on the side of the long side portion 33a. The column body 40 for connecting the end, provided in the intermediate position, of the long side portion 33a and an end of the long side portion 32a to each other is constructed as an oblique column 42 which is elongated in the oblique direction of connecting both the ends together.
