PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveying device capable of easily exchanging only parts required to be exchanged. SOLUTION: A second shaft 23B projecting from a supporting member 52 is moved in its axial direction, and pulled from a through-hole 43 of a feeding roll 13. Thereby, the feeding roll 13 is removed from a rotary shaft 23. Then, the second shaft 23B is inserted in the through-hole 43 of a new feeding roll 13, and a fixing member 63 is mounted to the second shaft 23B.
