PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a die and a method for easily taking out a product in a projected state from a template by an ejector means, from the ejector means, with simple structure. SOLUTION: A turning means and a linear moving cylinder with the tip mounted with claws 26, 26 shaped to assist ejection are combined as a product take-out unit on a side face of a die body arranged in an injection molding apparatus. After die opening, the claws 26, 26 are lapped as stoppers on the product 23 transferred while being held by an ejector pin 15 which is a die component, and only the ejector pin 15 is retreated from this state to separate the product 23 from the ejector pin 15, thus completing ejection.
