PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiotherapy planning system capable of reducing processing loads on a treatment planning server and maintaining data in parallel to the processing of the treatment planning server. SOLUTION: By the treatment planning server 11, the treatment data of a patient are read and written from/to a large capacity external storage device 14, and the treatment plan of the patient is planned by a treatment planning terminal 12 on the basis of the treatment data. Also, the treatment data stored in the large capacity external storage device 14 are maintained by communication with the treatment planning server 11 by a maintenance terminal 13 connected to the treatment planning server 11.
