There is provided a use of a compound of formula I, wherein X, T, Y, W, A1, A2, R1, R5 and R6 have meanings given in the description, for the manufacture of a medicament for the treatment of a disorder or condition caused by, linked to, or contributed to by, free fatty acids, such as hyperinsulinemia and associated conditions, including type 2 diabetes and the like.
