<p>A communication protocol of networks (N1-N5), which connect each of control units connected with each system to carry out analysis processing and a central control unit (30) to instruct each control unit of a processing operation of each system, respectively, is set in accordance with a priority order of systems controlled by the connected the control units. In the case where abnormal information is transmitted from any of the control units or any of the networks (N1-N5) has become to communicate, the central control unit (30) sets a system so as to stop a processing operation based on the priority order of the system connected by the control unit which has transmitted the abnormal information or of the system connected by the control unit corresponding to the networks (N1-N5) that have been impossible to communicate.</p> |
