The inventive device relates to the food industry, in particular to wine-making sector and can be used in a ridding process for treating wine according to a champagne method. Said devicemakes it possible to maintain the same tilt angle of the great number of periodically rotated bottles. The device comprises a base and at least one rotatable platform for placing bottles, which is designed in the form of twin disks with holes, each of which is provided with a bottle case. The device exhibits a high performance and makes it possible to monitor the ridding of each bottle at any stage of the process.
