摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new material having an excellent characteristic as an n-type thermoelectric conversion material, and excellent in the strength and machining property. <P>SOLUTION: An oxide compound material includes at least one type of metal fine particle selected from a group comprising: a perovskite type calcium manganese series oxide expressed by a composition formula (1): Ca<SB>v</SB>M<SP>1</SP><SB>w</SB>Mn<SB>x</SB>M<SP>2</SP><SB>y</SB>O<SB>z</SB>; or a lammelar perovskite type calcium manganese series oxide expressed by a composition formula (2): Ca<SB>a</SB>M<SP>3</SP><SB>b</SB>Mn<SB>c</SB>M<SP>4</SP><SB>d</SB>O<SB>e</SB>; and a group comprising Ru, Rh, Pd, Ag, Re, Os, Ir, Pt, and Au. An average particle size of the metal fine particle is 0.1 to 10μm, a content of the metal fine particle is 1 to 50 wt.% for the whole oxide-compound material as a reference, and the density of the oxide compound material is not less than 80% of the theoretical density. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p>
