PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To specify the specific location of an abnormality or the content of an abnormality when the abnormality has occurred, and to continue the control of a motor in response to the location and content of the abnormality. SOLUTION: When a disconnecting abnormality of a motor drive part 13 is detected by a disconnecting abnormality detection part 14, control of a motor 2 is once suspended, and then the location of the abnormality is specifically determined, and based on the location of the specified abnormality, it is judged whether the continuation of control of the motor 2 is possible or not. Depending on the judgement, if it is judged that the continuation is possible, the control of the motor 2 is continued without use of the location of the specified abnormality.
