PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the aesthetic appearance of a solar radiation shielding device by preventing a hook for suspending an article from being exposed. SOLUTION: The hook 12 supportedly suspending an article is attached to the rear surface of a cover 8 for covering the upper frame 1 of the solar radiation shielding device.
