摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment method and device for various kinds of diseases with the lack of IGF-1 (insulin-like growth factor), which plays an important role in cell differential proliferation and metabolism improvement so as to suppress apoptosis, but causes the various kinds of diseases when its internal amount is reduced so as to leave serious sequelae by the apoptosis in fulminant hepatic failure, spinal cord injury, and re-return after ischemia though the IGF-1 is effective to the above diseases, since an IGF-1 production promoting method by light irradiation is discovered in recent research though a method for increasing internal IGF-1 has not been conventionally recognized. SOLUTION: When a sensory nerve is stimulated with blue light and activated, the IGF-1 is produced in the local area close to the stimulation region and, at the same time, by centrally-mediated descending and systemic properties.
