PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase speed and reduce power consumption of a memory with ease to supply image data to each of a plurality of pixels connected to one line (one scanning line) in a time-division manner. SOLUTION: The memory includes: a memory cell array 220; latch circuits FF-FF4 having a latch element corresponding to each memory cell; column switches M1a-M4b; column output circuits AND1a-AND2b which selectively control output of data from the latch elements; and a read control circuit 260 which controls operation of each of the column switches so as to read data in parallel from each of a plurality of memory cells connected to one word line, and further controls each of the column output circuits to read latched data from each of the latch elements in a time-division manner.
