PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the oscillation frequency of an oscillation circuit by a simple structure. SOLUTION: First and second distribution constant lines 11 and 12 having a predetermined length are disposed to be approximately parallel to each other. A predetermined direct-current voltage VDD or direct current is supplied to first ends of the first and second distribution constant lines 11 and 12. One or a plurality of capacitative elements C11, C12, ... are connected between intermediate portions of the first distribution constant line 11 and intermediate portions of the second distribution constant line 12. An oscillation circuit in which switching means Q11 and Q12 are mutually connected is formed between second ends of the first and second distribution constant lines 11 and 12 and a ground potential part. The oscillation frequency can be controlled by setting the connecting positions of the capacitative elements C11, C12, ... on the first and second distribution constant lines 11 and 12.
