PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means enabling a voice engineer to be associated with much more program productions, to perform a relay program production without constructing an editing environment at a relay site, and reducing load of a phase shift adjusting operation upon collecting sound of the voice engineer and transferring, and to provide a technology of automatically adjusting a phase of a multi-channel voice. SOLUTION: A multi-channel voice transmission device 310 has a similar voice grouping portion 612 examining a degree of similarity of a multi-channel voice by a CSP method, grouping similar channel voices, and preparing similar group information which is information indicating which group each channel voice belongs to, and a transfer data making portion 613 converting the channel voice and the similar group information into transfer data. A multi-channel voice reception device 320 has a data extracting portion 622 converting the transfer data into the multi-channel voice and the similar group information, and a correction portion 623 calculating a phase shift within the similar voice group based on the similar group information and adjusting the phase shift of the multi-channel voice data.
