PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frequency conversion circuit which can reduce influence of leakage of a local signal, and to provide a radio communication device using the same. SOLUTION: The frequency conversion circuit includes: a first differential part having differential transistor pairs M1, M2; a second differential part having differential transistor pairs M3, M4; a plurality of capacitors C5, C6 which are parallel-connected to the first differential part and are serial-connected to each other; a plurality of capacitors C7, C8 which are parallel-connected to the second differential part and are serial-connected to each other; terminals T3, T4 which are connected to gates of the differential transistors M1, M2, M3, M4, for inputting a local signal LO; terminals T5, T6 which are connected to one ends of the first and second differential part for inputting and outputting a low frequency signal BB; and terminals T1, T2 which are connected to the other ends of the first and second differential part for inputting and outputting a high frequency signal RF. Further, a node at which the plurality of capacitors C5, C6 are mutually connected is connected to a node at which the plurality of capacitors C7, C8 are mutually connected.
