PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoelectric conversion module that is not only satisfactory in the operating efficiency, at intermediate and high temperatures such that the high-temperature portion will not exceed about 900°C, but is less apt to cuase deterioration due to aging, as well as degeneration in the performance. SOLUTION: In the thermoelectric conversion module where a n-type thermoelectric conversion element 2 and p-type thermoelectric conversion element 1 are alternately series-connected via an electrode 3, the n-type thermoelectric conversion element and p-type thermoelectric conversion are connected to each of the electrodes through a silver adhesive layer 5, metallized by heat treating a silver paste 4 comprising silver particle and volatile solvent at a rangeof 100-300°C.
