PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a divided structure body seal device capable of sealing a gap between adjacent divided structure bodies irrespective of the deformation of the divided structure body, and a gas turbine facility using the same. SOLUTION: Rectangular seal grooves 25, 26, 28 opening toward opposing surface 24B of the other side are formed on one side of the opposing surfaces 24A, 24B of two divided structure bodies 13A, 13B. Rectangular seal base materials 30, 32 are installed in the seal grooves to keep surface-contact. End surfaces 30T, 32T keeping surface-contact with the opposing surface 24T of the other side are formed at ends of the seal base material. Elastic bodies 31, 33 applying press forces for keeping the contact of the end surface on the opposing surface 24A of the divided structure body of the other side on the seal base material are provided.
