PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fence support mount which extremely facilitates concrete filling work into a base at the job site including a building construction site and a road construction site, is usable before the concrete filled in the base is completely hardened, transportable to the job site by reducing the bulk thereof, to thereby improve transportation efficiency to a very high level. SOLUTION: The fence support mount has: the base 1 which is formed of a synthetic resin container, and has a support hole 2 formed in an upper surface 1a so as to penetrate the interior thereof, for supporting a fence pole, and a bottom surface 1b opened large; and a bottom lid 3 which can block the opened bottom surface 1b of the base 1. Then the concrete C is filled in the base 1 via the opening of the bottom surface 1b of the base 1, and the opening of the bottom surface 1b is blocked with the bottom lid 3, to thereby harden the concrete C filled in the base 1.
