PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent a cooling liquid from being infiltrated into a bearing part and lubricating oil from being mixed into the cooling liquid. SOLUTION: This rolling apparatus 2 for a continuous casting facility 1 includes; a roll body 5 in which a cooling liquid passage 4 flowable of the cooling liquid is formed therein; a supporting body 7 having the bearing part 6 for supporting the roll body 5 so as to be freely rotatable; a connecting body 8 in communication with the cooling liquid passage 4 to supply the cooling liquid; and a discharge means 9 for discharging the cooling liquid leaked from a space between the cooling liquid passage 4 and the connecting body 8 to the outer part.
