The invention relates to a device (1) and a method for semi-automatic filling of trays (5) with sand (2) and water (3), for keeping sea worms. The device comprises a removable drawer (6) holding at least one row (4) of said trays (5) arranged side by side, a storage tank (7) for dry sand, reservoirs (15, 16) for holding given amounts of sand, means (11, 12) for moving said reservoirs between a position for reservoir gravity-filling from the storage tank and an emptying position for emptying an a mount of sand by gravity directly into the corresponding tray, a water storage tank (18) and means (25) for water supply arranged to provide each tray with a given amount of water. |
