<p>The fluoride surfactant-free, long-term stable and biodegradable additive for chromic acid solutions lowers the surface tension and thus enhances the separation process of the chromium, particularly when used with electrolytic chroming. Preferred additives are CH3(CH2)nSO3H and the salts thereof wherein n = 10 to 18.</p> |
