PURPOSE: An apparatus for controlling temperature of extruder ram is provided which is capable of preventing bending of the ram during extrusion by automatically controlling temperature of the ram if temperature of the ram is deviated from a certain temperature. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a water tank(16) installed on an outer part of the extruder ram(2); first flexible hose(10) connected to the extruder ram from the water tank; first hose reel(11) for winding or unwinding the first flexible hose between the water tank and the extruder ram; second flexible hose(22) connected to the water tank through the extruder ram; second hose reel(23) for winding or unwinding the second flexible hose between the water tank and the extruder ram; a pipe(7) which is installed inside the extruder ram, and both ends of which are connected to the first and second flexible hoses respectively; a cooler(19) for cooling temperature inside the water tank, wherein the apparatus further comprises a heater(21) for increasing temperature inside the water tank, and driving units(14,25) for rotating the first and second hose reels respectively, and wherein the flexible hoses pass through the center of the hose reels. |
