<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for counting the number of laminations of an object stacked as a laminated state by using a transmittable electromagnetic wave in a non-contact manner. <P>SOLUTION: The method for counting the number of laminated sheets of thin plate-like objects of a laminated object which is laminated with the thin plate-like objects includes a process (S1) of irradiating an electromagnetic wave to a side surface of the laminated object, a process (S2) of acquiring electromagnetic wave transmission intensity after receiving the transmitted electromagnetic wave from the other side surface of the laminated object, a process (S6) of superposing a filter by attaching firmly on one side surface of the laminated object on which the electromagnetic wave is irradiated, a process (S7) of acquiring the electromagnetic wave transmission intensity by receiving the transmitted electromagnetic wave from the other side surface of the laminated object to which filter is superposed, and a processes (S3, S9) of counting the number of laminated sheets of the laminated object based on information indicating a relationship between previously acquired electromagnetic wave transmission intensity and the number of laminated sheets of the laminated object. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
