<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a variable displacement compressor preventing lubricating oil from excessively being supplied into a crank chamber during the minimum capacity operation or the operation stopping of a compressor, and having a good returning property when shifting to large capacity operation. <P>SOLUTION: The variable displacement compressor includes the crank chamber 14, a suction pressure range having an suction passage 32 and a suction chamber 26 in which coolant gas of low pressure passes, and an oil reservoir chamber 35 reserving lubricating oil separated from the coolant gas; and is equipped with a suction throttling valve 40 adjusting an opening of the suction passage 32. The suction pressure range has an upstream side range positioned on an upstream side of the suction throttling valve 40. A lubricating oil passage 37 making the lubricating oil in the oil reservoir chamber 35 pass in the upstream side range is equipped. A ventilating passage communicating the crank chamber 14 and the suction chamber 26 is provided. A communicating passage 39 connecting the suction chamber 26 and the lubricating oil passage 37 is equipped. The lubricating oil passage 37 has a throttling hole 38, and the throttling hole 38 is disposed between the oil reservoir chamber 35 in the lubricating oil passage 37 and the communicating passage 39. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
