PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterer roughly setting a quantity of water supply per day, and supplying water through dripping, through solving such problems that a conventional waterer using no motive power continuously supplies water through burying a water supply opening into the ground and using a capillary phenomenon, so it is difficult to adjust a water quantity to ooze out. SOLUTION: This waterer is obtained by tightly passing a thin tube 2 through a cap of a hermetically-sealed container represented by a PET-bottle, pouring water into the container 1, and burying the one end of the tube 2 into water in the container 1 followed by tightening the cap. The waterer device is set on a water supply place. When sunlight is applied to the container 1, or a temperature in the container 1 rises with rise of outside temperature, air in the container 1 expands, and water is extruded from the tube 2 by the pressure and drips down from the end of the tube 4. The total quantity of water to be extruded per day is fixed by a daily difference of a volume of air put in the container 1 when setting and a temperature in the container.
