PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel fixing structure which can stably support a panel body on a mounting surface of a structure through simple mounting operation. SOLUTION: The panel fixing structure 10 is formed of an engaging groove 14, and fixing means 18. The engaging groove 14 is extended on the mounting surface 11a, and formed such that a width of an opening is narrower than a width inside the groove due to formation of an engaging edge 13 protruding at least from one side edge in a width direction. Each fixing means 18 is formed almost like a shaft, and has an proximal end thereof arranged on a lateral end of the panel body 12 in an axially rotatable manner and a distal end thereof inserted into the engaging groove 14. Further the distal end of the fixing means has an engaged member 17 which has engaged pieces 16 having a width insertable into/removable from the engaging groove 14 and protruding in a centrifugal direction. The panel body 12 is fixed to the structure 11 by pinching the engaging edge 13 of the engaging groove 14 between the engaged piece 16 of the engaged member 17 and the panel body 12, or by the engaged piece and a member fixed to the panel body 12.
