PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an objective lens driving device having a small tilt of an objective lens. SOLUTION: This invention relates to the objective lens driving device which drives an objective lens converging light on a recording plane of an optical disk being a recording medium of information in the focusing direction and in the tracking direction, wherein four tracking coils are arranged in a line at a side opposite to magnets of a lens holder holding the objective lens. Also this invention relates to the objective lens driving device which drives the objective lens converging light on the recording plane of the optical disk being the recording medium of information in the focusing direction and in the tracking direction, wherein the objective lens has magnets arranged at two planes across the objective lens, four pieces of tracking coils are arranged respectively in a line on two side surfaces opposite to the magnets of the lens holder holding the objective lens.
