PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce workload by quickly and accurately performing maintenance of core wires in an optical cable network. SOLUTION: This information processor includes: a core wire allocation management database that stores information for specifying an optical cable and information showing whether a circuit is already set to each core wire in the optical cable on each optical cable constituting the optical cable network; a setting reservation input part that receives the input of information for specifying the optical cable, and the number of core wires secured for the specified optical cable; and a secured core wire number updating part that rewrites into information showing that the core wires are already secured by the input number of the core wires to be secured for each core wire of the specified optical cable on which information showing the unfinished state of circuit setting is stored in the core wire allocation management database when the input number of core wires to be secured does not exceed the number of core wires unfinished with circuit setting in the specified optical cable.
