METHOD FOR ACCELERATING FLUID MIXING REACTION OF MICRO DEVICE, AND MICRO DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remarkably accelerate mixing and reaction of a fluid flowing in a micro passage without complicating the structure of the micro passage or extending the micro passage. SOLUTION: The micro device is constituted to join a plurality of fluids L1, L2 into one micro passage 14 through respective fluid supply passages 18A, 18B and to carry out mixing reaction while allowing these fluids L1, L2 to flow as flake-like laminar flows, wherein ultra-low frequency vibration with vibration frequency of 50 Hz to 1 kHz is propagated to the fluids L1, L2 flowing in the micro passage 14 to induce flow velocity fluctuation in the longitudinal direction of the micro passage to the fluids L1, L2.
