摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas meter which can be more easily manufactured by reducing the number of components constituting a flow passage. SOLUTION: In the gas meter including a flow passage member 10 including a gas passage with an approximately U-shaped tubular shape from an inflow port 11 to an outflow port 12, a measurement tube 22 arranged in the flow passage and including a communicating passage 25 through which the gas flowing in the flow passage passes, a pair of ultrasonic wave propagation means 23A, 23B for propagating an ultrasonic wave between prescribed two points at an upstream side and a downstream side in the communicating passage 25, and a control means for calculating a flow rate of the gas flowing in the communicating passage 25 on the basis of a detection signal from the ultrasonic wave propagation means, an opening part for arranging the measurement tube 22 in the flow passage is provided at a bottom side part of the approximately U-shaped flow passage in the flow passage member 10, and the flow passage member 10 includes a structure in which the measurement tube 22 is assembled into the flow passage from the opening part and in which the opening part is sealed by assembling a bottom surface panel member 21 at the opening part.
