PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for filling-up a hole ensuring and improving a filling property and efficiently enabling an operation at places filling mortar in places filling-up the holes of through opening sections penetrating piping-ducts or the like fitted on the walls of buildings for an atomic power plant and a reprocessing plant. SOLUTION: In the method for filling-up the through-hole of the building, piping 14 as a hollow structure is penetrated into a square opening 12 penetrated and formed in the lateral direction to the building frame 11 of the building, forms 51 and 53 penetrating the piping 14 are fitted at both end sections of the square opening 12 and a mortar reservoir section communicating with the square opening 12 is formed outside the square opening 12 at a place higher than the top face of the square opening 12. In the method for filling-up the through-hole of the building, the inside of the square opening 12 is filled (a mortar-filling level 19) with mortar until mortar reaches the mortar reservoir section, and mortar is solidified and the mortar reservoir section and mortar in the mortar reservoir section are removed.
