PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet discharge apparatus, a sheet processing apparatus, and an image forming apparatus capable of improving sheet loading property and sheet alignment property to achieve high speed and high productivity. SOLUTION: The representative configuration of the sheet discharge apparatus, sheet processing apparatus, and image forming apparatus includes: an intermediate process tray 138 sequentially stacking sheets thereon; a pair of discharge rollers 130 discharging the sheets onto the intermediate process tray 138; and aligning means 340, 341 aligning the sheets stacked on the intermediate process tray 138 by moving between an aligning position and a retreat position in the width direction crossing the discharge direction. Succeeding discharged sheets are discharged from the pair of discharge rollers 130 in a positional relation that the aligning position by the aligning means 340, 341 coincides with the discharging position from the pair of discharge rollers 130 while the aligning means 340, 341 are aligning preceding discharged sheets.
